My name is Quanbo Xie and I was born in Shanghai. After spending 15 years in Germany, I have again been living in Shanghai since February 2007.

I finished High School in Germany and subsequently studied mathematics at the University of Potsdam before turning to research.

I have now returned to take part in the economic development of the most dynamic city on earth. Due to my extensive experience in Germany I feel especially qualified to enhance the cultural and economic communication between the german and chinese peoples.
